No evil can stand against the infinite power and anger of Lord Narasimha/Nrisimha. The regular chanting of this mantra for 108 times in the morning will help to get protection from lord Nrisimha/Narasimha. This form of lord Vishnu is revered as the destroyer of ghosts, asuras and all evil. But, this avatar is also considered to be one in which lord Vishnu’s infinite compassion towards his devotee is expressed. Hence this mantra may be used to please lord Nrisimha and get his blessings to overcome enemies or ghosts.
