Chant this mantra 9 times every night before you sleep. Try to face the west direction while repeating the mantra. As you chant the mantra, touch the floor with the ring finger of your right hand. With the blessings of Lord Vishnu , you will not have any nightmares.

Very good for children chanting this mantra before going to bed. As all the channels only show killings & deaths, this leads the mind of child disturbed very much.

DeleteMy daughter was affected by nightmares and wakes up in the morning claiming to be slapped on her cheek, knocked on her head and most recent choked till she was unable to breathe. She also claimed to have felt presence......as if someone/something crawling up on to her bed.

ReplyDeleteOm...dear anonymous...you may definitely chant it more than 9 times...it is just the minimum number , you may chant as many times as you can , provided you are able to maintain focus and devotion
